THE PROCESS
  1. Tenant gives 30 Days Notice.
  2. Landlord Hires The Rental Girl.
  3. The Rental Girl recommends work to be done to the unit.
  4. Landlord renovates and cleans the unit.
  5. The Rental Girl markets the vacancy.
  6. The Rental Girl shows the property to prospective tenants and receives and screens applicants.
  7. The Rental Girl reviews applicants with Landlord, Landlord agrees on an applicant.
  8. The Rental Girl meets with new tenants to sign lease and city-required paperwork, gets cashier's check made out to the Landlord from tenant, hands over keys, performs and fills out a move-in walk-through with new tenants, takes digital pictures of vacant unit for Landlord.
  9. The Rental Girl meets with Landlord, hands over paperwork and cashier's check, Landlord pays The Rental Girl.
  10. Tenants Move-in, Landlord is Happy!
