"I own a rental house and have used Liz for the last two successful tenant acquisitions. I had always done the job myself, including going thru Westside Rentals and following up on the credit and references. It usually took me several weeks, if not a month, by the time I had checked them out to my satisfaction. And even then I occasionally got a lemon.
Then in early on 2008, I saw her ad and thought I would try Liz' services. I had been advertising my 984 sq ft 2 BR 2 BA view house for a month with not much luck. I was just about to drop the rent from $2700 a month to $ 2500 because of what I saw on Craigslist and Westside Rentals. She encouraged me to continue with the $2700 and found and signed me a great tenant within 7 days. The tenant only stayed with me for a little over a year, but only because she found a place that she could buy that was within her reach.

In October of last year, 15 days after my last tenant had moved out to her new house, Liz found me several tenants.
