Please do not make a payment unless you are applying for one or more of our current listings. This screening fee payment of $30.00 is non-refundable. Screening fee charges are applied to credit card processing fees, application, income, identity and reference verification costs, background checks including tax liens, judgments and credit verification. The actual screening fees associated with processing an application are a lot higher then the fee charged. Once paid, the screening fee is not refundable under any circumstance. Because this screening fee is non-refundable, please do not make this payment unless you are certain you want to apply for a property.
