"My experience with MY The Rental Girl Ellie in Los Feliz was AH MAY ZING!!!! My best friend who lives in Phoenix AZ found her online because of my hectic schedule I never stop to smell the roses or upgrade my living conditions... When I tell you it was the 2nd of 2 my best friend found and the first on was ok it was just next door to a school.. But THIS one!!! Oh my gosh! Ok I knew I would pretty much like it from the website pictures but when Ellie agreed to meet me at the spur of the moment and do a quick tour I WAS SOLD!! Ellie was sooo cool too! "I had a really really good experience with Ellie at the Rental Girl. She was amazingly responsive, and helped me out every step of the way. I saw an apartment one day, and put in my application the next, and was approved the next! After I signed the lease (which she went through with me and explained it all to me), she walked me through the apartment, room by room with a checklist to document the state of the apartment, so that when it comes time for me to leave, I won't be charged for anything that was there when I got there (cracked tile in the bathroom, etc.).

Ellie made the process so so easy, and I love my new place.

"Ellie found us a beautiful bungalow in Silverlake. We had been looking for about a month everywhere in the Los Angeles area and we were beginning to get real stressed out because our lease was running out. We were at our wit's end until we met Ellie.

She was very helpful in getting us what we were looking for. She made the transition in our move very smooth and easy. She kept in touch with us throughout the process, and even contacted us about our home because she thought we would be a good match for it! "I cannot say enough great things about ELLIE!

My boyfriend and I found our new place on http://therentalgirl.com, made an appt to see it, fell in love, handed in our paperwork immediately (as in the same day!!), and a few days later (after credit checks of course!), we got a call from Ellie saying we got it. Literally, it was that easy!

Ellie is a no-nonsense kind of girl. She is good at her job and wants to find good tenants for the landlord. She is really professional and returns every call and email/text with minutes...a couple hours max. She made the whole process of finding a new place so easy and convenient.

Once the place was ready, she did a thorough walk-thru with us and noted every little crack or scratch that already existed so we are not held accountable at move-out. She also made sure to follow-up with the landlord if anything we were promised still needed to be fixed. Amazing!

We were on a tight timeline (flew in from out of town for the weekend to find a place) and are pretty picky about places to live - complicated by us having a large dog. We struck out over and over looking at places on Craig's List. We met up with Ellie and looked at all of her open showings in a day - all of them were awesome properties - and the one we ended up living in has everything we wanted.

As others have posted, her professionalism is unmatched, she is timely with her replies to texts and emails. The application process is super-easy and she is incredibly thorough. Don't list anyone on the application that you don't want her to call because she calls all of your references.

"Wow. Everyone looking for a new apartment should use Rental Girl if at all possible!

I worked with Ellie who specializes in the Silverlake/Los Feliz area. I had found black mold in my current place and needed to get out fast. Ellie held an open house right after listing the apartment. I went to it, loved it and was emailing/texting with Ellie that same day about my application. She was very easy to get a hold of and very thorough.

Signing the lease was a breeze. I met Ellie at my new apartment and she brought me a thai iced tea, just to be nice (uh, not like any other landlord/rental company I've ever worked with). I signed my lease on her iPad after she explained each line of it. The service they use automatically emailed the lease to my landlord so he could sign as well. Then it emailed the signed copy to all three of us. She also walked around the apartment with me marking off any damage so I wouldn't be charged when moving out. And even took pictures!

They have great apartments (I'm in LOVE with my new spot) and are very professional and friendly. Can't recommend enough..."
