The Rental girl process
1) Tenant gives 30 Days Notice2) Landlord (LL) Hires The Rental Girl (TRG)
3) TRG recommends work to be done to the unit
4) LL renovates and cleans the unit
5) TRG markets the vacancy
6) TRG shows the property to perspective tenants and receives and screens applicants
7) TRG reviews applicants with LL, LL agrees on an applicant
8) TRG signs lease and city required paperwork with new tenant, gets cashiers check from tenant, hands over keys, performs and fills out a move-in walkthrough with new tenants, takes digital pictures of vacant unit for landlord
9) TRG meets with LL hands over paperwork and cashiers check, LL pays TRG
10) Tenants Move-in, Landlord is Happy!
BONUS FOR LANDLORD:
TRG acts as a liaison between tenant and landlord for 1 week after move-in smoothing over any initial move-in issues.
