Basic Requirements

  1. Application: filled out, signed and dated
  2. Copy of Drivers License
  3. Copy of Recent Pay Stub (Combined income must be more then 3 times the rent)
  4. $20.00 for Credit/Past Eviction/Criminal Check, Cash or Cashiers Check only

Possible Additional Requirements

  1. Letter of Acceptance from New Employer And/Or:
  2. Proof of Income: Last 2 bank Statments showing regular deposits
  3. Cosigner
  4. Student ID (if enrolled)

Requirements From Cosigners (If Applicable):
